At Snatched By Lei, we ask that you review your chosen treatment, package or programme carefully before making a purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are required upfront and are non-refundable, except where you have a legal right to a refund.
Treatments & Appointments
All treatment appointments are booked through Fresha.
Any terms relating to appointment cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, deposits and associated charges are subject to the booking and cancellation policies presented through Fresha at the time of booking.
Please review these terms carefully before confirming your appointment.
Payments made for treatments and treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Treatment Packages
Payments for multi-session treatment packages are made upfront and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Packages must be used in accordance with any validity period and other conditions communicated at the time of purchase or booking.
Missed, cancelled or rescheduled appointments within a package remain subject to the applicable Fresha booking policy.
The Snatched Method — Self-Guided
The £39.99 Self-Guided Snatched Method is a digital product delivered electronically.
Following successful payment, you will receive an email providing access to download your programme.
Where you expressly request or agree to receive digital content during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that doing so affects your cancellation right, you may lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content has begun.
Once the programme has been supplied in accordance with those requirements, purchases are non-refundable, except where the digital content is faulty, not as described, or you otherwise have a legal right to a remedy.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
The Snatched Method — Coached
The coached Snatched Method is a personalised 8-week programme starting from £150.
Before purchasing, you will speak with Lei about your goals and the approach to your programme. The agreed payment is required upfront before your coaching begins.
Once your coached programme has commenced, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you need to discuss exceptional circumstances that prevent you from continuing, please contact Snatched By Lei directly. Any alternative arrangement is at the discretion of Snatched By Lei and does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
Change of Mind
Where a purchase is not subject to a statutory cancellation right, Snatched By Lei does not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, decided not to use the product or service, or have not completed the programme.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
Problems With Your Digital Programme
If you have paid for The Snatched Method but have not received the email containing access to your programme, please contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, resend your access details.
Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
If the digital content is faulty or cannot be accessed as intended, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.
The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
