Treatments & Appointments
All treatment appointments with Snatched By Lei are booked through Fresha.
Treatment availability, booking requirements, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows and any applicable deposits or charges are subject to the booking terms and policies displayed to you through Fresha when making your appointment.
Please review these carefully before confirming your booking.
Treatment Payments & Refunds
Where payment is required in advance, payment must be made in full before the relevant treatment or package is provided.
Payments for treatments and treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where you have a legal right to a refund.
Where an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, the applicable Fresha booking and cancellation policy will apply.
Treatment Packages
Where you purchase a multi-session treatment package, the package is for the individual who purchased it and should be used in accordance with any validity period or conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Any specific package conditions displayed during booking will form part of your agreement with Snatched By Lei.
The Snatched Method — Self-Guided
The Snatched Method Self-Guided programme is a digital fitness product priced at £39.99.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Following successful payment, the programme will be delivered electronically by email, providing access to download the digital guide.
The programme is for your personal use only. You may download and refer back to your copy as often as you need for your own personal use.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, share, publish or otherwise make The Snatched Method, or any part of its content, available to another person without permission from Snatched By Lei.
Because this is digital content, additional rules concerning cancellation and refunds may apply when you request or agree to receive the programme immediately after purchase. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The Snatched Method — Coached
The Snatched Method Coached programme is a more personalised 8-week experience, starting from £150.
To begin your coached journey, you must contact Snatched By Lei directly or submit an enquiry through the website.
Lei will discuss your goals with you before you begin and personalise the approach to your journey. The coached experience may include the 8-week programme, weekly check-ins, guidance, accountability and Q&A support.
The exact service and price will be confirmed with you before payment.
Payment is required upfront before your coached programme begins.
Once the coached programme has commenced, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Fitness & Wellbeing
The Snatched Method provides general fitness, training and nutritional guidance. It is not intended to replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You are responsible for deciding whether you are able to participate safely in the programme. If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, have recently given birth, or have concerns about beginning an exercise programme, you should seek appropriate professional advice before participating.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate advice if you experience pain or symptoms that concern you.
Individual experiences and results vary. Snatched By Lei does not guarantee specific physical, fitness, weight or body-composition results from participating in the programme.
Intellectual Property
All website content and Snatched By Lei materials, including The Snatched Method, branding, written content, programme materials, graphics and other original materials, remain the intellectual property of Snatched By Lei or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing The Snatched Method gives you permission to use the programme personally. It does not transfer ownership of the programme or give you permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit its contents.
